nice store
"The employees at Island Bikes and Outfitters are very helpful and kind, the store is nice with a large selection of gifts, souvenirs and all sorts of beach toys. They also have a huge selection of bicycles and golf carts. They also have a full-service bike repair shop so if you have your own beach cruiser I would highly recommend for any fixes or repairs. I definitely recommend then and will be coming back next year. "

fast friendly service
"My family rented 2 bikes for a week, the store was very busy and the two people working the desk were very friendly and helpful. The staff was able to keep the lines moving and answered the phone with a smile on their face. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Island Bikes & Outfitters."

"I had a very good experience and was treated very nicely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I should know...at least one member of my family went in there like every other day. Ha!Ha! We rented 4 bikes which were in great shape and a golf cart. They delivered to where we were staying and we had no problems. They took the time to make sure the bikes for my two boys fit them. The prices seemed reasonable. Only problem is that this store is not located near where I live so I will have to wait until my next visit to stock up on some of the cutest jewelry I have ever seen. :-) (Seriously cute stuff! Be sure to check out the back of the store.) During one of our trips to the store, the girl behind the counter saw that my teenage son had a bad sunburn and immediately told us about this spray that would take the heat out and probably help him not peel. She was right! It was amazing stuff...he felt better and never peeled. I will definitely be a returning customer when I visit Edisto again. Thanks Island Bikes and Outfitters!"
