"Always a great experience. This is my third year renting a golf cart from Island Bikes & Outfitters. Always very easy. They communicate exactly how to use and return the golf cart with very simple instructions. The lady who works at the front desk (didn't catch her name) was unbelievably helpful and accommodating this year because I had to change pick up days and ended up renting another golf cart for a few days when my parents joined us. We will continue to rent from Island Bikes & Outfitters every year."

Super friendly
"I brought my own bikes on our annual family Thanksgiving beach trip as usual. My youngest son is a daredevil on wheels and could break an anvil with a Q-tip. That being said, I called and the staff was friendly and professional on the phone. I took my son's bike to the shop and they had us back on the road in 10 mins. They not only fixed the bike but adjusted it as well as oiled it. Very fast and good at it!"

"Good place to work, gets a lot of backlash because "tourist" are used to having everything done for them. They explain everything to you but people tend to ignore the younger employees. So therefor they complain about not knowing anything about what they rented when they were told exactly how everything works. Also if you want to drive around a golf cart all day then you need to keep it on the charger. Baffles me how much people lack intellect when it comes to renting items for pleasure."
