"We called Island Bike requesting bike repair. They gave us an estimate for needed repair and told us they could fix our bike in under a half hour. Went there, they took bike off our rack, made the needed repair, and put bike back on our carrier in less than 15 minutes before we had a chance to check out completely their awesome store. Price was exactly what they quoted. Would definitely recommend this business establishment. Would never get this kind of service in most bike stores we have been in. And forget the chain stores. Staff were all friendly and gladly gave informationon what to do and see on Edisto, especially on bikes."

"Wow! I came on here to write a review about how I found this awesome store during my stay on Edisto, how they went above and beyond and was totally surprised to read the other reviews. I actually had to double check to make sure we were talking about the same store. Anyway, I had a very good experience and was treated very nicely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I should know...at least one member of my family went in there like every other day. Ha!Ha! We rented 4 bikes which were in great shape and a golf cart. They delivered to where we were staying and we had no problems. They took the time to make sure the bikes for my two boys fit them. The prices seemed reasonable. Only problem is that this store is not located near where I live so I will have to wait until my next visit to stock up on some of the cutest jewelry I have ever seen. :-) (Seriously cute stuff! Be sure to check out the back of the store.) During one of our trips to the store, the girl behind the counter saw that my teenage son had a bad sunburn and immediately told us about this spray that would take the heat out and probably help him not peel. She was right! It was amazing stuff...he felt better and never peeled. I will definitely be a returning customer when I visit Edisto again. Thanks Island Bikes and Outfitters!"
